All Homeowners are Members of Crown Meadows Villas Homeowners Association, Inc., a Non-Profit Texas Corporation, whose primary purpose is to maintain and administer the Common Areas, to collect Homeowner Assessments and disburse monies for the payment of the Association operating expenses with respect to the residential properties known as the Crown Meadows Villas HOA.
Homeowners and Tenants are subject to and legally bound by the Association's Declarations, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. These documents are available for review under Governing Documents. --
There are two director terms that are up for re-election this year. The director terms to be filled are one director will serve a term for two years and one director will serve a term for three years.
Eligible Members of the Association are invited to consider submitting their name as a candidate. In order to have your name placed on the Proxy and Ballot when the Annual Meeting Noticed is mailed, please complete the Candidate Profile Form.
